Complaints

Our goal is always for the customer to be satisfied!
A product not working as it should can happen. It is important to do it as soon as possible. In order for you to be able to complain about the product or service, the fault must be original, that is, it must have existed when you received the product. You must not have caused the fault yourself. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the right to complain applies to production faults of the product and not faults caused by normal wear and tear or obsolescence of the product. A complaint must be made as soon as possible after the fault is discovered. Since we are not the manufacturer of the products, it is the manufacturer who assesses the fault. Therefore, it may take some time before we receive a response, but we always do our best to ensure that the customer receives the fastest possible help.

§ 1. The first thing you do is contact us at help(at)tt-one.com or via the website under contact us.

§ 2. Enter the order ID and which product it concerns. Describe the error and how the error occurred or how the error can be reproduced.

§ 3. Please send pictures that show the error. The manufacturer can then understand the error more easily.

§ 4. In the event of a complaint, an investigation of the product and the error is carried out in cooperation with the manufacturer. In some cases, we may ask you to send in the product if the manufacturer requires it. They have a reasonable time to investigate and fix the error, but we will do everything we can to ensure that they do so quickly. Reasonable time may vary, but is 30-60 days from the notification of the complaint.

§ 5. If the manufacturer considers that it is not a complaint, the customer is obliged to reimburse TT-one for work and costs incurred during the process.
