Right of withdrawal

Read what the law says: Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises.
The rules are the same if you want to cancel a purchase within the EU, Norway, Iceland and the UK.

In short, this means that you as a private individual have the following rights:
You have a right of withdrawal for 14 days when you buy from us remotely, for example via the internet or telephone. If you wish to cancel a purchase or any product, you need to register it to "help@tt-one.com" within 14 days of the date of collection. You have the right to open the packaging and check the product free of charge. We must be able to sell the product again as new to a new customer. However, you as a consumer are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product, including the original packaging, which is due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product. You as a consumer are entitled to a refund within 7 working days of us receiving the package. You do not have the right to apply the right of withdrawal to processed goods and products. The customer is responsible for the shipping to us.
